This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) is processed in server log files (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
If you use our enquiry forms, we process the data you provide: loan request (amount, term, purpose), name, date of birth, employment status, income, email address and phone number. Form data is processed through Netlify Forms.
Purpose: handling your enquiry, contacting you and brokering a suitable loan offer. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Fields marked as required are necessary to process your request.
To broker a loan, we pass your data on to selected lenders (banks) only with your consent or where necessary to process your request. Lenders assess your creditworthiness (Section 505a German Civil Code, BGB) and may consult credit agencies such as SCHUFA Holding AG. We do not carry out credit checks ourselves. Enquiries for conditions are made without impact on your score where possible; a loan application with a credit check by the lender may be recorded.
We store your data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes. Statutory retention periods (Section 257 HGB, Section 147 AO, Section 8 GwG) remain unaffected. Enquiries that do not result in a contract are deleted after the processing is completed, at the latest after the applicable period set out in the German version.
Our website stores only your cookie choice in your browser's local storage (key "kreditora_cookie_consent"). This is technically necessary (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). We currently do not use marketing or analytics tools. If we do so in the future, it will only be with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Our website contains a button to contact us via WhatsApp. It is a plain link: no data is transferred to WhatsApp when the page loads. Only when you click it does WhatsApp open on your device, and the privacy terms of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland, and Meta Platforms Inc. apply. WhatsApp processes, among other things, your phone number, metadata and message content; content is end-to-end encrypted, but metadata may be processed in third countries such as the USA. We process your message and phone number to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Please do not send sensitive data such as account numbers, ID documents or salary statements via WhatsApp; use our online form instead. You may contact us by email at any time instead.

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. The loan calculator provides non-binding sample calculations only. The decision on granting a loan is made by the respective lender; you are entitled to a review by a human (Section 509 BGB).
